Jason Pagel

Jason Pagel is an attorney based in San Antonio, Texas. A native Texan, Jason was raised in Riverside, California. Jason earned dual BAs in History and Philosophy from the University of Redlands in 2009. During his undergraduate years, he was a dedicated student-athlete, competing on both the Bulldogs football and track and field teams. This experience instilled in him the values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance that continue to guide his professional practice.

Following graduation, Jason returned to his home state of Texas to pursue his legal education at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio. During law school, he served on the law journal, demonstrating his commitment to legal scholarship and excellence in writing. He also gained valuable courtroom experience interning with a prominent criminal defense attorney and ran the Pro Bono clinic, where he developed his passion for serving those in need of legal representation.

Since graduating from law school, Jason has focused his practice on civil litigation, honing his skills as an advocate for injured clients. As a plaintiff's attorney, he is dedicated to advocating for those who have been injured and traumatized by the actions of others. He brings the same tenacity and commitment he demonstrated as a student-athlete to fighting for justice on behalf of his clients, helping them navigate the legal system during some of the most challenging times of their lives.

In 2024, Jason joined Cowen Rodriguez Peacock to further his commitment to helping those injured in 18-wheeler accidents. He understands the devastating impact these collisions can have on victims and their families, and works tirelessly to hold negligent parties accountable and secure the compensation his clients deserve.

Outside the courtroom, Jason enjoys traveling, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his fiancée, Melissa.
