Jan Duke serves as Chief Operations Officer for Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock, bringing over 25 years of leadership in law-firm operations, technology, and process optimization to one of the nation’s premier trucking-trial litigation practices.
Before joining CRP, Jan held senior executive roles in the mortgage default and legal-services sectors. As COO of a360inc and its predecessor Firm Solutions, she led large-scale operational transformations for law firms and servicing clients, overseeing technology, outsourcing, consulting, compliance, and client-engagement functions. Earlier, she served as Chief Resource Officer for one of the largest creditor's rights law firms in the state of Florida, managing non-attorney operations, audit and compliance matters, and played a key role in multiple acquisitions, a merger, and a firm-wide shift to a fully digitized environment.
At CRP, Jan applies that same strategic mindset and operational discipline to the world of catastrophic-injury, commercial-vehicle, and trucking-litigation work.
