Emma Patton is an Attorney at Cowen Rodriguez Peacock, primarily handling our Pre-Litigation cases. Born and raised in Texas, Ms. Patton earned her B.S. in Political Science, graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Following graduation, Ms. Patton moved to San Antonio, Texas to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in May of 2025.
During law school, Ms. Patton was a member of organizations such as the Personal Injury Law Association, the Women’s Law Association, and the Aggie Bar Association. Throughout her studies, she gained substantial experience in personal injury law through her work as a law clerk for litigation firms where she developed and refined her legal skills. Ms. Patton is passionate about helping injured clients receive the care, attention, and representation they deserve.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, friends, and family, as well as reading, cooking and baking, or watching movies.
