In recent weeks, Takata has started to deal with the legal ramifications of their airbag recall, the largest automotive recall in U.S. history. A lot has changed in the legal industry for women in the past 10 years. But have you ever wondered just how much it has changed? According to the American Bar Association, back in 2006 women represented only 30.2% of the legal profession. But as of May 2016, women now represent 36% of the legal profession!
