New Rules and Regulations for Paralegals are Now in Effect

As of November 1st, new rules regulating paralegals went into effect in Utah. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, by way of its Pedestrian Safety Special Investigation Report, since 2009 the deaths of pedestrians in traffic accidents in the United States has increased 46%. Study Says Sleep Deprived Individuals Are More Likely To Crash

The AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety recently conducted a study to determine the relationship between sleep deprivation and motor vehicle crashes. The findings are alarming. 7% of all crashes in America involve driver drowsiness. 16% of all fatal crashes in America involve driver drowsiness. Drivers who got less than 4 hours of sleep are 15x more likely to cause a collision. Falling asleep at the wheel isn’t the only problem either.
