Gabriela Justice

Gabriela “Gaby” Justice is an associate attorney focusing her practice on personal injury litigation. Born and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Gaby’s South Texas roots have shaped her values, her commitment to helping others, and the personal approach she brings to each client she represents. Her connection to personal injury began before law school, when she spent four years with the firm and saw firsthand the difference thoughtful and dedicated advocacy can make for individuals and families navigating difficult and uncertain circumstances.

Before returning to personal injury practice, Gaby gained experience across several areas of law. She practiced civil and commercial litigation, representing banks, financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in a variety of complex disputes, and also represented individuals and businesses in family and business immigration matters. Her diverse experience has given her the opportunity to advocate for clients from different perspectives and now informs the thoughtful, strategic approach she brings to personal injury litigation.

During law school, Gaby served as a student attorney with the St. Mary’s Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, where she advocated for Spanish-speaking clients and traveled to detention centers to prepare women for credible fear interviews. She also served as a law clerk for the Brownsville City Attorney’s Office.

Gaby distinguished herself in legal writing and advocacy throughout law school. She received the St. Mary’s Law Journal “Excellence in Writing Award — Best of All Sections” for the top brief in her first-year class and later served as a Teaching Assistant for legal research and writing. As Vice-Chair of the St. Mary’s Board of Advocates, Gaby helped coordinate the school’s advocacy competitions and received the Litigation and Advocacy Award in recognition of her professionalism and contributions to the advocacy program.

Fluent in Spanish, Gaby is committed to providing personal and compassionate representation and ensuring that her clients feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process.
