Victor Ivan Cerda is an attorney at Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock. He was born in San Antonio and raised in the small town of Hebbronville, Texas. He graduated from Southwest Texas State University, then attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review. He graduated in 1991 and moved to San Antonio where he began his law career.
This year Victor will celebrate 26 years of practicing law and is proud of his devoted history handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. The people and the families he has represented have been injured through no fault of their own and the effects of those injuries have often been devastating. Victor is passionate and dedicated to every case and every family he helps and those qualities are what he attributes to his success.
He is also a firm believer in being active in the community. Over the years he has volunteered his time and resources by helping coach his sons Little League teams, and contributing to many local charities and sports organizations. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 11596 and is very involved in the ACTS Ministry at his parish, St. Brigid Catholic Church.
Victor has been married to his wife, Diana, for 28 years and is the proud father of four children, three girls and one boy.
