Amber Medina Develops a Cutting-Edge Strategy

We have had many cases involving small trucking companies that simply ignore the safety rules. They do not keep any of the paperwork required by the Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, which means that they are not checking their drivers' backgrounds, driving ability, or how many hours they are driving without rest. However, these companies try to get sympathy from juries by claiming that they are just "Mom and Pop" companies and that we are trying to skewer them on "paperwork technicalities."
