HERCULES SUV TIRES RECALLED AFTER COWEN LAW GROUP’S REQUEST

Seven months after Michael Cowen of The Cowen Law Group requested a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration investigation into defective Chinese-made tires distributed by the Hercules Tire & Rubber Company, the tire importer announced today it will recall seven sizes of certain All Trac A/T SUV tires. This month Governor Abbott signed a bill into law, which would allow judges throughout the entire state of Texas to require first time drunk drivers to install an ignition interlock system (also known as a breathalyzer) into their vehicles.
