There are changes afoot at The Cowen Law Group.
For years we have focused almost exclusively on helping people who have been injured, mostly handling car and truck accident cases. We will still do those cases, but we no longer want to be satisfied with meeting a client, getting a settlement, and then never seeing him or her again. Instead, we want to be your "lawyers for life." That is, we want to develop a lifelong relationship with all of our clients where we are the people you turn to with any legal needs.

Our biggest challenge is finding a way to provide all of the services you may need, while still offering excellent customer service and high caliber legal representation. If we just started handling all areas of law at the same time, our level of service would drop off because, frankly, we would constantly be handling cases where we had no idea what we were doing. Therefore, our plan is to add one new practice area at a time, bringing in experts in each new area and developing a system to ensure that every client gets the best possible result.

So how do we know what practice areas to add? We will listen to you. We want to hear from you to learn what you need in a lawyer.

For example, we noticed that many of our clients were applying for disability, so we added the service of handing disability claims.

Some of the other areas we are considering are bankruptcy, consumer protection, criminal defense, divorce, probate, and wills, but before we decide we want to hear from you.
